Learning for Life Programme (LLP)
I’MADD: Music, Art, Drama, and Dance
I’MADD is our signature Learning for Life (LLP) programme that integrates four art forms: Music, Art, Drama, and Dance. It aims to inspire creativity and self-expression in students, fostering a lifelong appreciation for the arts.
A key highlight is the P3 Musical, where every Primary 3 student performs on stage before an audience, showcasing their talents and building confidence.
Tier 1: Exploration and Discovery
Over six years, students participate in modular lessons to explore and develop their interests in the arts, including:
Mass Dance
Drama
Music – Stomp Percussion
Art – Sand Animation
Dance – Hip Hop
P3 Musical
All Primary 3 students perform in the National Education (NE) musical as part of National Day Celebration, as a culmination of all 4 art forms. They also develop confidence on stage whilst learning more about Singapore’s history.
Tier 2: Extended Learning
Students with a strong interest in the arts can further their learning through co-curricular activities (CCAs) such as:
-
Art & Crafts
-
Choir
-
Modern Dance
-
Percussion Ensemble
-
English Language, Drama, and Debating

Tier 3: Excel and Talent Development
Students with exceptional potential and passion in the arts are invited to specialised enrichment programmes such as Enkindle (Music) and Verve Art.
Enkindle (Music)
The Enkindler programme aims to develop students who are musically inclined and proficient, so that they may in turn encourage and inspire their peers in music making. Members will have opportunities to collaborate and engage in music creation and performance activities.
Verve Art
Verve Art cultivates the 8 studio habits of mind to encourage critical thinking and communication, bold experimentation, and artistic refinement. This initiative enhances technical skills while fostering a deeper connection to the creative process. Immersive experiences include: Paper-making from scratch, large-scale mural painting, handmade journal creation, and observational sketching.
Through these tiers of engagement, I’MADD nurtures artistic talent and provides platforms for students to shine.
